Buraq Holdings Group wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a magnifier, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse. This statement says what the site aims for, what has been checked, and how to tell us about a problem.
The standard we aim for
The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. WCAG is the international standard for accessible websites.
The site has not been fully tested yet. Until it has, we do not claim that it meets this standard.
How the site is built
- Text size. No text is smaller than 18 pixels, and you can zoom the page.
- Keyboard. Every link, button and field can be reached with the keyboard. A “Skip to main content” link comes first on every page.
- Focus. A clear ring shows which link, button or field you are on.
- Structure. Pages use headings in order, and named areas for the header, the menu, the main content and the footer.
- Pictures. Pictures that carry meaning have a text description. Decorative ones are hidden from screen readers. The tower drawing on the home page has a written summary.
- Moving pictures. Every video loop has a visible pause button. Videos do not play if your device is set to reduce motion, or to save data.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label. An error says what is wrong and how to fix it, sits under its field, and is read out by screen readers.
- Without JavaScript. Every page and all its content still show.
- Themes. You can switch between a dark and a light theme.
How it has been tested
