Draft, for legal review. Date to be added. A lawyer must review this page before the site launches. A line marked “Proposal” is a suggestion for the lawyer, not a promise.
This policy explains how Buraq Holdings Group handles personal information sent through this website. Personal information is anything that identifies you, such as your name or your email address.
In short
- The only place this site asks for your details is the contact form.
- We use what you send to reply to you.
- The form is not connected yet. Today it sends nothing and stores nothing.
- The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

What we collect
What you send us
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, what your message is about, and your message. Your phone number is optional. The form also has a consent box. It is never ticked for you.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Please do not send passwords, bank or card details, or health details. We never need them to reply.
What is collected automatically
- Server records. When your browser asks for a page, the website host may record technical details, such as your IP address, your browser and the time. Website host: website host to be added. What it records, and for how long, is to be confirmed with the host.
- Your browser's storage. The site keeps a few small items in your browser, such as your theme choice. The Cookies page lists every one.
- A spam trap. The form has a hidden field that people do not see and spam programs fill in. It collects nothing about you.
Fonts, pictures and video come from this website itself. Loading a page sends no request to another company's website.
How we use it, and why
- To reply to your message. We use your name, email address, phone number if you gave it, and your message. The legal basis is your consent: the box you tick.
- To keep the website safe and working. The website host uses its server records. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site and its visitors.
- To meet our legal duties. For example, to keep a record of a privacy request. The legal basis is a legal obligation.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not build a profile of you.
You do not have to give us any details. Without them, we cannot reply.
Who we share it with
A few companies help us run the website. They handle your information for us:
- Form service: form service to be added. It receives what you send with the form and passes it to us.
- Email provider: email provider to be added. It holds the inbox where messages arrive.
- Website host: website host to be added. It serves the website and may keep server records.
Proposal: Each service provider may use your information only to provide its service to us, under a written contract.
We may also share information with professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.
Proposal: We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Our service providers may keep information in countries other than yours. Which countries depends on the providers, and they are not chosen yet. This section will name the countries and the safeguards used for each transfer.
How long we keep it
- Messages: Proposal: We keep a message for 24 months after our last reply, then delete it.
- Server records: as long as the website host keeps them. The period is to be confirmed with the host.
- Your browser's storage: until you clear it. The Cookies page gives each item's lifetime.
How we protect it
The form asks only for what we need to reply, so there is little to protect. The site loads nothing from other companies, so a visit shares nothing with them.
No website or email system is completely safe. Please do not send passwords, bank details or other sensitive information.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information, or use it only in limited ways;
- send the information you gave us to you or to another organisation.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. That does not undo anything we did before.
Which of these rights apply depends on where you live and on the law that governs us. Governing law: governing law to be added.
To make a request, email email address to be added. We may ask you to confirm who you are. Proposal: We reply to a privacy request within 30 days.
Children
Proposal: This website is not meant for anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us their details, email email address to be added and we will delete them.

Contact and complaints
For a question or a complaint about privacy, email email address to be added, or send a message with the contact form.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to a data protection regulator. Regulator: regulator to be added. You can also complain to the regulator where you live.
